Busy Day Casserole (liked)
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef
layer of onions, sliced
layer of carrots, sliced
layer of potatoes, sliced
1 pint canned tomatoes
butter
cheese
Instructions
Brown beef. Cook onions, carrots and potatoes. Drain. Layer beef, onions, carrots and potatoes in 9x13" pan. Pour canned tomatoes over layers, dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350-375 degrees.
