Ingredients

6 small apples, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (8 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box (1 oz) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 c chopped peanuts, optional
1 carton (8 oz) fat-free cool whip topping, thawed

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix apples, pineapple, pudding mix and peanuts. Gently fold in whipped topping. Transfer to a serving bowl; refrigerate until chilled.
