Pork Tenderloin Island BBQ
Ingredients
16 oz BBQ Sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
4 tbsp dark rum (can do rum extract, 1 tbsp is desired)
2 oz orange juice
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 lb pork tenderloin
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Marinate pork in sauce, refrigerate 2 hours min or overnight. Prepare a medium-hot fire. Remove pork from marinade and heat remaining marinade in saucepan to a boil. Grill pork over indirect heat 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and baste pork with marinade while grilling. Let pork rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
