Rotini & Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
1 - 16 oz can red kidney beans, drained1 c white vinegar
16 oz uncooked rotini
1 - 10 oz pkg frozen green peas, thawed
1 - 16 oz can french style green beans, drained
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 c Mayonnaise style salad dressing
1 c half and half
1/2 c sugar
Instructions
Combine the kidney beans with the vinegar in small bowl and mix well. Let stand for 1 hour.Cook pasta. Drain. combine w/veggies. Drain the kidney beans and add to salad, mix gently.
Mix dressing, half and half and sugar. Add to salad and toss to coat. Chill, covered for 8-12 hours.
