Vegetable Salad (a favorite)
Ingredients
1 7oz pkg spiral macaroni1 onion, diced
1 16oz pkg frozen vegetable, thawed and drained
2 cucumbers, diced
Dressing:
1/2 c. water
1 c vinegar
1 1/2 c sugar (I am going to try cutting down sugar to 1 cup next time I make it.)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp parsley flakes
Instructions
Cook macaroni and rinse with cold water. Place in bowl and add vegetable, cucumber and onion. Add dressing.Dressing:
Beat all ingredients together. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep up to two weeks.
