Ingredients

2 lb beef chuck roast, cut crosswise into 1/2 " slices
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c catsup
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c brown sugar, packed
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6-8 onion buns, split

Instructions

Combine all ingredietns except buns in a slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender. Serve on buns. Makes 6-8 sandwiches.
