Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
2, 10 3/4 oz cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
20 oz diced, cooked chicken
2 c. mashed corn flakes
1/2 c butter, melted
Instructions
Combine ingredients, except 1/2 cup or more cheese, cornflakes and butter. Pour into 9x13" greased pan. Add corn flakes and melted butter. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. sprinkle remaining cheese on top and return to oven for five minutes or until cheese melts on top.
