Elaine Pippert’s Corn Casserole
This was the first dish my mom, Elaine Pippert, made to take to a potluck after she and Dad were married. She often made it for Men’s Night at the Belle Plaine Country Club when she managed it. She said the men always loved it. One of my favorites.
Ingredients
2 14oz cans cream style cornAbout 1/2 pkg of noodles, cooked and drained
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp half and half or heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine and put in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
It doubling the recipe, use 3 cans creamed style corn and 1 can whole kernel corn
