Ingredients
I whole Angel Food cake1 small pkg sugar free strawberry jello
3/4 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water
1 small pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c skim milk
8 oz light Cool Whip
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1/2 c toasted almonds
Instructions
Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in the cold water. Set aside. Cut cake into 2" slices and arrange in a 9 x 13" cake pan. Poke holes in the cake with a fork. Slowly pour the jello over cake; chill until set.Whisk the pudding and milk together; let stand 2 min. Until soft set. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over the cake. Top with the berries and almonds. Refrigerate until serving.
Makes 12 servings. 156 calories, 3 g fat, 28 g carbs, 1 g fiber.
