Quick Caramel. Crunch
A favorite go to recipe for snacking to school or sports games for kids.
Ingredients
15 graham crackers1 C. (2 sticks) butter
1 C. Brown sugar
1 C. Chopped nuts (silvered almonds, pecans, or walnuts).
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place a graham crackers in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Fill in gaps with pieces of broken crackers.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool. Break into pieces.
