Broccoli Peanut Salad
Ingredients
1 bunch chopped broccoli (1 1/2 - 2 lbs)1 medium onion, chopped
1 c sunflower seeds
1 c raisins
1 c whole spanish peanuts
1 c grated cheddar cheese
5-6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
Dressing:1/4-1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c yogurt, sour cream or light sour cream
1/4 c sugar
dash tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and refrigerate.
Best if made the night before.
Cauliflower can be included to add color contrast.
