Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin,allow 1/2 lb per personMarinade:
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c orange juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp curry powder
Instructions
In a ziplock bag, marinate tenderloin up to three days.Grill 30 minutes or until done, when a meat thermometer inserted into tenderloin reaches about 155 degrees.
