Jam Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
2 bone in split chicken breasts1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 c peach jam
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place chicken pieces in 10" oven safe skillet or a 8x10" baking dish. Season w/ salt and pepper and squeeze lemon juice over chicken. Stir jam and garlic together and spread over chicken.Bake uncovered, until juices run clear and meat reaches 165degrees, about an hour.
