Ingredients

1 c sugar
3 egg, beaten
3 tbsp flour
salt
1/4 c whipping cream

Instructions

Slice rhubarb, enough to fill 8x8" baking dish. Mix above ingredients and pour mixture over rhubarb. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
