French Vanilla Bars
Ingredients
Mixture 1:1 yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
Mixture 2:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
Instructions
Do not use round tub of pre-softened cream cheese.Mix dry cake mix, melted margarine, and 2 eggs. It will be a cookie dough consistency. Spread on a greased 10" x 15" jelly roll pan. Beat together cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over cake batter. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut in squares.
