3 large cukes, sliced
1 large onion, slced
1 1/2 c half & half
1 c vinegar
2 c sugar
1/2-1 tsp dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix half & half, vinegar, sugar & spices & pour over sliced cukes & onions. Cover tightly. refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve cold as a vegetable relish/salad.
