Caramel Frosting II
Ingredients
1/2 c melted butter1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c milk
2 c powdered sugar
Instructions
Boil butter & brown sugar for 2 minutes. Remove from heat & add milk. Return to a full boil. Cool to lukewarm. Blend in powdered sugar.Note: It may take more than 2 cups powdered sugar. Be careful. It will thicken as it cools.
