Ingredients
1 pie crust1 1/2 lbs fruit
1/2 c whole milk
2 eggs
2/3 c sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c heavy cream
Instructions
Put fruit in the pie shell.Mis other ingredients and pour over the fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until the middle doesn’t jiggle.
