Special Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
1 c sugar1/2 c oleo (margarine)
2 beaten eggs
1tsp vanilla
3c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 c whipping cream
Instructions
Cream sugar & margarine.Add eggs and vanilla.
Add alternating with whipping cream, flour, baking powder and salt.
Chill for at least 24 hours. Roll out on flour.
Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 min or until edge is lightly brown.
When cool, frost.
Hide in freezer if you want them for a special occasion.
This was in Gazette. Family had this put on gravestone of their mother as she was famous for her sugar cookies.
