Freezer Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
3 1/2 c crushed strawberries
6 1/2 c sugar
1 c cold water
1 Box fruit pectin
Instructions
Mix berries and sugar and set aside. Combine water and fruit pectin in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil hard one minute, stirring constantly. Add this to the berries and stir five minutes. Pour into scalded jars to within 1" of top. Screw or cap and refrigerate 24 hours. Freeze. Makes about 5 pints.
