1 pkg marshmallows
8 slices pineapple
1 can white cherries
pecans, optional
Dressing:
Yolk of 4 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Cook dressing ingredients until thick and cool. Whip 2 c whipping cream and fold in above cooled mixture. Then add fruit and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
