Ingredients

1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c flour

Instructions

Mix together brownie batter in order given and pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost.

Frosting:
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 c chocolate chips
Boil first three ingredients for 1 minute. Add chips. Beat thoroughly. Spread on brownies.
