1 c sugar
1 c whipping cream
1/3 c cocoa - more if you like it real chocolatey.

Instructions

Bring to boil and cook until soft ball stage. Can use brown sugar instead for caramel or no cocoa & add flavoring. Remove from stove and cool until right consistency. Spread over cake.
