Kyle’s Favorite Salsa
Got the recipe from Terry Junge. We really enjoy this salsa.
Ingredients
12 tomatoes, peeled and chopped2-8 jalepenos, seeds removed and chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1/2 c sugar
2/3 Cup vinegar (we used white vinegar)
1 tbsp canning salt
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp cilantro
Instructions
Simmer all ingredients in pot for 20 minutes. (Use hand blender to blend ingredients)Fill pint jars, leaving a space at top and add lids. Wipe clean.
Water bath for 10 minutes.
