Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
1/4 c olive oil1 c balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp, fresh rosemary, sage, or thyme
1 tsp chopped garlic
8 pork tenderloin filets (approx 4 oz ea)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine oil, vinegar, garlic with rosemary. Add pork tenderPins and marinate them at room temperature for 5 min each side. Season filets with salt and pepper and grill them 4 minutes each side, or until cooked as desired.
