Cheesy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 can cream corn1 can whole kernel corn
1 c spiral pasta
1 c Velveeta, cubed
2 tbso butter
Instructions
Microwave butter and toss to coat casserole dish.Mix corns, pasta and cheese.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at least an hour at 350 degrees.
Note: Grandma microwaves the mixture for a couple of minutes to warm it. This sppeds the baking process. Also, it helps the dish correlate with meat loaf so the items can share the oven and be ready for dinner at the same time.
