Pecan Crispies Candy
Ingredients
2 packages of graham crackers
1 pkg pecan halves
1 c butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
Instructions
Line a 10 x 14 " pan with foil - grease or spray the foil. Lay out 2 pkgs of graham crackers, breaking each cracker into 4 parts. Place one pecan half on each cracker. Melt butter and sugars in sauce pan over med/high heat, bring to boil. Pour over crackers. Bake for 10 min @ 350 degrees. Let stand 10 min, then remove and let them cool on parchment paper. Soda or vanilla ???
