English Pea/Bean Salad
Ingredients
1 large can small peas, drained1 large can French cut green beans, drained
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Dressing:
1 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1/4 c oil
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Boil dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves. Toss vegetables together and marinate overnight in dressing.Very good. Came from Keystone Centennial Cookbook.
