Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Clean, peel, cut and boil 5 pounds baby red potatoes( I leave half the skins on) until tender. Drain.Add two sticks of butter and one minced garlic clove section per pound of potatoes. Mash.
In separate bowl, mix 12 servings of instant potatoes according to package directions. Mix the two potato mixtures together.
The instant potatoes give the dish a great texture(I always use half instant tomhalf red potatoes when varying size portions).
