Ham Balls from Erin Sundrup
Ingredients
3 lb hamloaf2 eggs
1 c milk
1 c crushed graham crackers (14 squares)
1 10&3/4 oz tomato soup
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions
Mix meat, eggs, milk and crumbs. Form balls. Makes 16 extra large or 20 large hamballs. Put in 9x13" pan. Bring sauce mixture to a boil and pour boiling sauce over hamballs. Bake 60-90 min # 350 degrees.I divide in two 8" square Pyrex pans. I freeze one for later.
