Kuchen Cherry Topping Glaze
Use over top of Kuchen, an old German sweet roll dish. Spread this over top after the sweet dough has been baked. I now use frozen bread dough. After rising, put in jelly roll pan. Form an indent in dough for your pie filling of choice, Cherry is our favorite.
Ingredients
1/2 c sugar2 tbsp flour
Add cream about 1/2 cup
Bring to a boil and spread over baked Kuchen.
