Escalloped Chicken

Ingredients
1 quart broth1/4 c cream or milk
4 tbsp flour
1 quart coarsely chopped stewed chicken
11/2 quart bread cubes
1 1/2 tsp sage
2 tbsp chopped onion
3/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to make a gravy.Grease a 9x 13" baking dish, layer chicken and bread cubes, adding seasonings throughout.
Pour gravy over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
