Praline Sauce for Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 c sugar
2 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp white corn syrup
1c buttermilk
1/2 c butter
1tsp soda
1tsp vanilla
3/4 c chopped pecans
Instructions
Combine first six ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, simmer 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove, stir in vanilla, chopped pecans. Cool and thicken. Pour over vanilla ice cream.
