Ingredients
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c water
1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
1 c miracle whip
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt and mustard. Bring to a boil, lower heat gradually & stir in the eggs in easy. Cook slowly, stirring until slightly thickened (about 3 minutes). Cool some. Add Miracle Whip & beat easy with spoon. Mix w/potatoes or other salads.
