Caramel Chex
Ingredients
1 stick oleo/margarine1 c brown sugar
1/4 c white syrup, Karo
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
8 c Corn Chex
Instructions
Bring oleo, br. sugar and syrup to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.Remove from stove. Add soda and vanilla.
Pour over corn chex. Stir to coat. Bake 15 minutes @ 250 degrees. Stir every 5 minutes. Stir often until cool. Can store in tightly sealed container for weeks. Tim calls this stuff, "Crack". It's very addicting!
