Jane Braksiek's Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
7 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked2 c. milk
1 c chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm onion, chopped
1/2 lb velveeta chesse, cubed
1 small can of mushrooms, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 stewing hen, cooked and diced
Instructions
Mix all together (Do not cook macaroni)Salt and Pepper to taste
Place in refrigerator over night
Allow 1 hour for casserole to come to room temperature.
Bake in 9 x 13" pan @ 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until set.
Just before serving, sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.
