3-4 lb sirloin tip roast, cooked
2 c beef broth
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
2/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/3 c soy sauce
4 oz can mushrooms, sliced (include liquid)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except roast, and heat to boiling. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over sliced roast beef; refrigerate overnight. Warm in microwave. Serve with buns and au jus as dip.
