Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 c butter1/2 c cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c white corn syrup
3 c sugar
1, 141/2 oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix butter, cocoa, salt and corn syrup. Place over low heat until butter is melted and ingredients are blended well. Slowly add sugar. Mixture will become think and gritty. Watch carefully and take off the heat to stir. Add evaporated milk and vanilla.Mix and heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth and creamy. Store in a jar and refrigerate. Warm in microwave when ready to use. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks. Delicious over ice cream.
