Strawberry Shortcakes
Ingredients
4 C sliced fresh strawberries1/2 C sugar
2 1/3 C original Bisquick mix (I use whatever pancake mix I have)
2/3 C milk
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 container (8 oz) cool whip
Instructions
Mis strawberries and sugar, set aside.Heat oven to 425 degrees
Stir pancake mix, milk, 3 tbsp sugar and butter until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto in greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
Split warm shortcakes, fill. And top with strawberries and whipped topping.
