Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
29 ounce can of sliced peaches
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 13 x 9 baking dish in oven. Mix Bisquick, milk, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. When butter is melted, pour batter into pan. Empty peaches and juice in center of batter. Do not stir. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of brown sugar over top. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm, plain or with ice cream. Serves 8.
