Roasted Butternut Squash
Ingredients
1 Butternut Squash, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 F. Place squash into bowl and drizzle olive oil over squash. Mix salt, garlic powder and pepper together in a small bowl, and then sprinkle over squash. Mix thoroughly to make sure squash is coated with oil and seasonings. Place a pan in oven and heat for 15 minutes. Remove pan and add squash. You will hear it sizzle. Return pan to oven and roast squash for 30 minutes or until it turns brown on the edges. Remove from oven and serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
