Cherry Cheese Pie
Ingredients
6 ounce Graham Cracker Pie Crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
21 ounce can cherry pie filling
Instructions
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust and chill for 2 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving. Keep refrigerated. Makes 8 servings.
