1 cup raw rice
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup water
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Mix all ingredients together well and pour into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Make 8 servings.
