Creamed Corn Casserole
Ingredients
15 oz can of corn, drained
15 oz can of cream corn
8 oz sour cream
1 package JIFFY corn bread mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Makes 9 servings.
