Chocolate Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients
7 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups chocolate chips, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups sugar
9 inch pie shell
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 1 hour. Cut in slices after chilling for two hours. Serve with dollop of cool whip and sifted cocoa on top. Makes 8 servings.
