1 cup catsup
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
8 chicken thighs, frozen
Instructions
Set crock pot on high. Mix all seasonings in crock pot and then add chicken. Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low and cook for 6 hours. Serve over rice. Sauce can be thickened with cornstarch. Makes 4 servings.
