VELVEETA Cheesy Rice & Broccoli
Ingredients
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
14.5 ounces chicken broth
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
8 ounces VELVEETA, cubed
Instructions
Place broccoli and broth in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in VELVEETA and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
