29 oz chicken broth
15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
10 oz can chunk chicken
15 oz can black beans
10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
Tortilla Chips
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan or stock pot. Simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated through. Serve over tortilla chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Makes 6 servings.
