Orangy Carrots
Ingredients
3 cups carrots, chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Heat butter in a large frying pan. Slowly add orange juice and brown sugar. Add carrots and stir to coat them with the orange juice mixture. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until carrots are tender. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
