Maple Dijon Baked Chicken
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 chicken breasts
Instructions
Whisk mustard, syrup, oil, basil, pepper and salt in small bowl. Pour into a large plastic bag and add chicken. Move them around to coat evenly, and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
